“We stumbled upon Yael by accident and we could not have been luckier. As first time home-buyers the whole housing market was a complete unknown to us. Yael (and Mark!) were incredibly helpful! They listened to what we wanted in a home, but also made great suggestions to new neighbourhoods and housing criteria we hadn’t thought of. We received regular updates from them on houses that met our criteria and they were always available my text, email, or phone (pretty much day or night). The home we finally purchased was one that Yael saw and had a good feeling about. I was a little unsure at first, but clearly she knew me more than I knew myself. When we visited our home for the first time it was clearly the one! Then began the confusing and anxiety ridden process of actually purchasing the home. Lucky for us we simply sat back and let Yael negotiate an amazing price and all we had to do was sign on the dotted line (electronic dotted line nowadays).
